left hand: pointer finger, middle finger, ring finger, pinky
right hand: middle finger, ring finger, pinky
I was just fooling around on my piccolo and came across this strange note. I couldn't find it on any fingering chart, and when I tried to recognize the note on my tuner, the arrow shifted back and forth between a sharp and flat G and G#. It's somewhere between a G and an G# for what I know. But is it just an alternate fingering for a extremely pitchy (for lack of a better word) G/G#? And does it sound the same on flute (I haven't tried it on my flute yet)?

Sounds like the alternate Piccolo fingering for G# in the 3rd octave. With the right hand fingers down, the note speaks easier and is more stable. Easier to tune too.
