Isn't this wrong?

Is there a mistake in this fingering chart?

I thought the D# key shouldn't be depressed while playing low B, C and C#.
And if this isn't the case, I just cannot get it right following the chart above...

It shouldn't be. Those are indeed mistakes in the chart.

You'd also need two pinkies to manage that properly...
