Eb flutes are not commonly used in bands or orchestras, but they are not exactly rare either. They are sometimes used in flute choirs and they are found more often in British or Irish flute ensembles. More information can be found with a Google search:

To answer you ? If it is in payable condition and general good shape without scratches, tarnish ,dents then it could be worth about 300-600
or so. But since you don't play flute it would be hard to tell

Near the bottom of the page you can search for "Artley Eb Flute". In the results, you can get an idea of the prices people are buying/selling them. Just watch the dates. Some are several years old, but that will give you an idea of the range of prices, depending upon condition.
