Best thing to do is go to Emerson website (www.emersonflutes.com) and ask them wih the info you have, such as Serial number, features of your flute, etc. They certainly will answer you properly.

Indeed here too

I took a look then on Conn-Selmer website, who are actually the owners of Emerson brand.
They don't give an e-mail address, but list dealers and even have a page with explanations about serial numbers.
Maybe you find a dealer next to you that could help...
