Actually, if you Google "spammer forum" you will find a few results. Most of them (except for one in Russian) appear to have shutdown though. I guess they spammed themselves into oblivion... :D :evil: :shock: :twisted: :lol:

This just in: There is a surviving forum for spammers. It was created as a place where spammers are actually welcome.

Here's another tool that forum admin's can use for free to help control spam:

http://www.stopforumspam.com/

They maintain a blacklist of email addresses and IP addresses that are known spammers.

Couldn't hurt to try it and be proactive on this issue.
