As the YouTube title indicates, it is a Bansuri.

Bansuri are made in many different keys. The one in the video is obviously larger than a standard soprano C flute which would be about 22 1/2 inches long. Bigger = lower, so it might be considerred a bass instrument, but without more information, its difficult to tell. Beyond that I'm afraid I can't provide much help. Perhaps someone else on here has more knowledge of Bansuri.
