I need to get all of my pads
replaced. They are all in pretty bad shape, and I need to get them changed very
soon. How much about will it cost me to do this? Also while im doing all that
would it just be more worth it to have the whole thing worked on and just like
cleaned up?

Pads alone are fairly
inexpensive, but there are usually significant labor charges tacked on...
