Regulation - Pad Reseating - Structural Issue

Am hoping for some advice on timing issue below.

Symptom:
[Flute played beautifully at first but after an encounter with a recalcitrant cleaning cloth (got stuck), the errant process of releasing it may have affected the F & F# keys.]

Right now every key is perfectly regulated/seated EXCEPT for the F/F#/B keys - when (Fkey is) pressed, F/F# lags the Bkey to close by .75mm.
Do I just bend F & F# back to close (shudders) OR
Do I reregulate and repad everything all over again? which I think a real pain in the proverbial.

Does F# close with F
Does F# close with E
Does F# close with D
Does Bb close with F, if Bb does close does F also close

All checks to be done with playing finger pressure only

After this we can talk about lost motions, that is the movement of a key without the movement of the slaved key on initial fingering

Everything closes perfectly on time EXCEPT when Fkey is pressed, F & F# timed perfectly closes AFTER Bb key close.

Then the linkage bar from F# to Bb is bent

Easiest way is to bend it back, or alter the cork difference between the two contact areas

Repadding the flute because of a regulation issue would be kind of drastic.

Yes, I agree. It would be drastic and ultimately would just create more problems. You really just need to be adjusting the upper bridge by either flexing it into place (if it is bent), or adjusting a cork/felt (if it has been damaged).
