HTML on/off

I tried to turn my HTML code in my profile so it would always show HTML. I changed it to on, but at the bottom where is says whether BBcode, HTML and smilies are on and off, it still says HTML is off. I have logged out and logged in again and this hasn't made any difference. What can I do?

HTML is turned off for the whole board, for performance and security reasons. You can use the BBCode in your posts to do similar text enhancements.
