Can this run played by a full-time professional orchestral player? Tempo is 105.
Looks rather impossible to me but I'm not sure, so I thought I'd ask.
It would be nice to have this run in this register (the piccolo is already busy), but if not, I'll transpose it one octave down.

Challenging? Yes. Impossible? No. A pro should be able to play that.
Here's a similar excerpt from a sonata in the standard flute repertoire. I've heard highly advanced high school and college students play this in competitions (Note that the tempo marking is Presto in one):

For a pro? Sure! No problem. Send it my way! For a high school student... don't count on it.
