I had been using the fingering shown in the Trevor Wye books for the A# above the 4th ledger line, shown for the left hand as L1 on the C key, LThumb on B, Rt1 on F key, Rt2 on the first trill key and Rt little finger on the D# key.
However, other fingering charts show the A# without the Rt1 on the C key, and also disagree whether the Rt little finger should press the D# key.
What do people here use for the default fingering for that note?

The basic/default fingering is T ---|1D--.
There are many possible alternate fingerings that are useful in various phrases and note combinations. The fingering T 1--|1D-- is sometimes considered an alternate to use when slurring to/from F or A.

Thanks. Which fingering would be preferable for a sustained A#?
