Important piccolo question!

does the second ocatve of a piccolo sound really flat?
I find all the notes there really hard to play, except for the higher ones like A or C.. they're ok and come in tune for me. so if anyone knows I'd like to find the answer for this!

Hi. I have a simple solution to your problem. Next time you experience this, roll in or out to tune. Which ever way works for you.....little trick my band director taught me Don't worry, piccs are hard to tune!!
