I've made PDF's into JPG , then still too big [sizes ranging from 198 - 415 KB's] tried reduction in "Paint" am now ready to give up , any ideas?

As I mentioned in your other "Composer" thread:
If you wish to share your music in another format, you will have to upload it to a file sharing site like Dropbox, Box, or OneDrive. Then you can place a link to the file in your message.
