That flute may just fine, but I have no idea how good it is. If you are looking for a good low price Pic, check this one out! I own one of these , and I am very happy with it.
For the Same price, you can get one of these from a GREAT dealer.

with a one year warantee, and they will work on it! For the same price!
I have played on it, but the quality control is not that good. You will have to play on a few of them before you get a good one.
If you have a few more dollars, you may want to consider one of these. I would HIGHLY recomend this model/

I have had pretty good luck buying cheap flutes off ebay, but I have had to send a few back intil I got a good one.
One of the better brands I have ordered off EBAY was the Venus model.

I just found a person locally that owned one of the Jinyin flutes. I played on it this morning, and was pretty impressed with it. If the piccolo plays anything like the flute does, you have a winner! There are people available that will work on it. So there you go. There are absolutely no slop in this instrument what so ever. The person that owns it says they never had to do an adjustment on it. Surprisingly, this flute put my Armstrong 104 to shame!
For a lower price instrument, this flute had a pretty rich sound. It also was very easy to play in all registers. About the ony thing that was a problem is the headjoint. It takes a little work to get the airy sound out of it. But once you do look out!
Just for kicks, I am ording me one! I will also bet that they make instruments for others.

The Jinyin I just got is an outstanding flute for the money. I have had it for a couple of weeks now, and I just can believe I am playing on something that costs less than $200 dollars.
It is not the best instrument I ever played on, but I would feel comfortable in recommending it as a good starter. The people here in the US that distribute the instrument, are very helpful.
I think this flute has the potential to put out some highend stuff if they keep going the direction they are going.
