Tuning app

Hi everyone,

This is my first post. I am an experienced musician (trumpet) now learning flute for 3 years and loving it in my retirement.
To improve my tuning I would like to find a free app that shows the tuning frequency level whilst continually playing the note. I can find apps that give you a short 'A' for example but I would like to play along whilst adjusting my embouchure to 'fine-tune' my playing.
Any advice please?
