User Names

This question is directed to either the administrator or a
moderator: When you ban a person from posting on the messageboard, can that
person just create a new username and just begin posting again? Do you/can you
limit the number of usernames each IP address can have? Thanks

The user that probably concerns you has already been banned
from accessing this board. We cannot reveal what methods we use but hopefully we
