Im not sure because Ive never needed lessons. Id estimate $25.00 a month. Maybe you should look for a local music shop that offers lessons.

How do you stay calm during solo performances?

Well having solo's when playing in a concert can be very nerve-wracking. Just imagine you are playing alone in your room or somewhere you feel most safe.

Its kinda sad I think the reason he gave me the solo was because he felt bad for me.

Mediumish its a slur sorta like the first 5 notes from the Db scale, but the last notes are high.

Audition but still other people played it better then me.

I just noticed this but click Lessons on the yellow bar at the top of the forums. Look on the right side for some links. Click "Free Online Metronome." That should help.
