I play:
flute (since 7th grade)
piccolo (since 8th grade)
oboe (since 9th grade)
french horn (just started this year)
I'm in 11th grade now.
I can also play the piano. But I mostly just play it for fun once and awhile because we have a piano in our living room. I mostly just play disney and movie songs that are easy on the piano.

Nice instruments Mellskuza.
I'm on fourth year of flute and piccolo
Second on viola
Just started piano.
I also play tinwhistle, but that's not something I work at really.
These are all instruments (with the exception of piano which I just started) that I can actually play pretty well. I like flute the best and sometimes piccolo. But I think viola is cool.

Harmonica = more than 25 years, semipro (a couple of gigs a week)
Flute = About 2 years, taking my time learning it
Piano = Pretty much limited to left-hand chord triads and melody/solo line with right hand. I use this more for arranging. Highly recommend all musicians learn at least that much piano; easier to "see" musical structure on a piano.
Guitar = Took lessons as a kid; I didn't have much say in the matter.
Percussion = here and there
Vocals = Some background/harmony with a bluegrass band. Nothing to write home about.
Would like to learn:
Tenor sax & other reeds. Love the sound of a well-executed bass clarinet.
Upright bass

Haha I'm going to take the cake with this one. My best freinds Avery actively plays all these insturments (he orders them off e-bay and he's really good too.) I'm seriously not joking:Band_Geek wrote:Flute (4 years)
Piccolo (2 months)
There was this Devon at my school who could play so many instruments. Its not funny. I wouldnt be shocked if I found her on one of these Flute message boards.
She played flute, piccolo, trumpet, clarinet, alto saxaphone, and piano.
Bagpipes, Basson, Trumpet, Flute (i taught him the flute), Piccolo (this one too), Irish flute, Tin whisle, high whistle, low whistle, pan pipes, accordian, piano, violin, percussion, baritone (marching band), bass, and guitar.
He should play one of those one-man-band insturments with all the drums and symbols and whistles attached. For our senior year of band camp he's going to wake up all the freshman cabins playing his bagpipes outside their cabin He's pretty popular in the band department lol.
