The one that ends in 5 days? Well it's an excellent price, but the seller seems to have very little knowledge of the instrument beyond the fact that it's a piccolo, so his assertion that the pads look good doesn't matter much. It would likely be a solid enough instrument, but if you purchase it, I would plan to spend some money on repairs (possibly enough for a full repadding and adjustment). This may not be necessary when you get it, but this will help you decide if it's worth it for you.

Not me. But another cheap company that I think only has a short way to go to become a quality piccolo maker is Symphony. Thier piccolo design is almost identical to Yamaha's YPC 32. I have one as a back up, and it plays quite a bit better than most student/ intermediate models I have EVER played. Given, the plating on the keys wears off [slowly] after 4 months or so, but the sound quality is quite good.
And, for thier price they are rather durable. I have dropped it several times, and it still plays well, and it has never NEEDED adjustment [not saying it couldnt a little fine tuning though]. I have used this one for about two years, and have even done concerts on it. So, if you can find one for sale [usually about $120] and are looking at cheaper brands, I highly recommend this company. The only seller that sells them is the company themself. I sent a complaint to them once about the picc [plating was slightly chipped] and they sent me a new one free of charge. I got to keep the old one as well.
So, if you see a Symphony picc and want to try them out, they are a pretty good deal for the money. And are absolutely great for marching band. The Plastic body is resistant to temperature changes, but the metal head gives it just enough punch to cut through the band if you need to.
I know it sounds like I am really advertising them, but I was just really impressed for what I got for the money. If you can afford a more expensive [main stream] brand picc, then go for it. I would reccommend the higher priced instrument any day [overall quality/ durability]. But, if you are on a very limited budget, you wont be dissappointed with this company.
